For the past decade, I’ve been on a deeply personal and challenging journey. As both a serial entrepreneur and my mother’s Power of Attorney, I’ve faced the complexities of senior care up close. From the moment I realized my mother had dementia, through five mini-strokes, securing in-home care, navigating government agencies, managing finances, and screening caregivers, I’ve been through every twist and turn. It was a journey that demanded constant advocacy, persistence, and heart. And believe me, I’ve seen it all.

As an entrepreneur, I believe that “entrepreneurs can solve 100 percent of the world’s problems.” I knew there had to be a better way—a way to support families practically, while truly celebrating this stage of life. I wanted my mother to feel seen, valued, and fully supported—not just managed. But I found that the systems and support just weren’t there. I kept thinking, “Families like mine need more: more guidance, more empathy, more trust.”
